Aging Mechanism and Models of Supercapacitors: A Review

چکیده
Electrochemical supercapacitors are a promising type of energy storage device with broad application prospects. Developing an accurate model to reflect their actual working characteristics is great research significance for rational utilization, performance optimization, and system simulation supercapacitors. This paper presents the fundamental principle applications supercapacitors, analyzes aging mechanism, summarizes existing supercapacitor models, evaluates scope each model. By examining current state limitations modeling research, this identifies future development trends focuses in area.
